Foodies From All Over the World at Our Cooking Class in Genoa

From any corner of the globe, food lovers have come to my kitchen to cook, learn and dive deeper into Italy’s culinary culture. It doesn’t matter if you aren’t good at chopping: whatever your skills, I will help you grasp the essence of the recipe and learn how to cook it! Those who cooked with us appreciated our teaching style and how we simplify every step so that anybody could find true satisfaction in preparing their favourite dish. When you understand the story of each ingredient and how to use it, you can replicate and personalize any dish to your liking and the type of produce available in your home country.

We want to thank everyone who has cooked with us, starting from Cookandine, our venue in Milan. This is where we started ten years ago, and it has been a joy to share our experience. Thank you for all your words and feedback.

Fabulous cooking class experience “This experience was exactly what we were looking for. We had an intimate setting, one-on-one instruction, lots of great cooking tips, fun company, and an amazing finished product! Fabulous cooking class experience

Authentic Italian Cooking Lu was an amazing teacher! Even though we are experienced cooks, we learned a lot from Lu’s cooking class. And the best part was the food – it was absolutely delicious! We were surprised to find out that we had been making bolognese in a much more complicated way than necessary. Lu showed us that simple is truly the best. During the class, we talked, laughed, and enjoyed the food. It was the perfect dinner experience!
