Hello, my name is Lucrezia! It all started ten years ago when my mother, Chef Aurora, had the idea to host cooking classes in her home kitchen for food lovers and curious individuals. People from all over the world came to my mom’s kitchen to learn how to cook their favorite Italian dishes.
At the time, we were located in Milan and called our venture Cookandine: Learn to Cook Italian Dishes and Dine with a Local Italian Chef.
As things began to take off, I returned to Italy after traveling and working abroad as a chef to help my mom grow this unique experience. The satisfaction of happy guests and their wonderful feedback made it all worthwhile!
Flavors have a special power to unite us, regardless of where we come from, and help us overcome our differences. This is the main reason we love to share our passion with everyone and open our home to those interested in taking a piece of Italy back to their own countries.
